Join SECCA for an after-hours workshop with renowned jewellery artist and sculptor, Gabrielle McGrath of Red Peg Studios. In this ‘Create & Sip’ workshop participants will learn the delicate art of stamping brass to make their own unique earring designs.

Gabrielle will showcase the essential tools of metal stamping and give insight into designing your own signature earrings in brass, including demonstrations of a range of stamp work and metal working techniques. Stirling Silver hooks will be provided for each participant to complete their end design to finish their wearable art.

Including a complimentary signature cocktail on arrival courtesy of North of Eden Gin, arrive anytime from 6pm to explore the current exhibition The Shirley Hannan National Portrait Award 2024 or start your evening of culture early with a free Art Film screening at 5.15pm at the Bega Civic Centre.

SECCA’s Summer Open Late program keeps culture humming into the after hours. Come along after work, meet your friends, see free art films, and share the art experience with new creative skills workshops. Every second Thurs this summer at SECCA.
