Clay Creatures School Holiday Workshop

Join SECCA’s friendly art educators for a fun, animal inspired clay workshop. After touring Ruth Maddison’s exhibition ‘An Abundance of Caution’, children will be encouraged to explore the wonderful texture of clay and the sculpting of animal shapes and features. Using both coloured and natural clay children will also make miniature items that their unique creature loves.

All materials provided.

An afternoon workshop is also available with full lunchtime supervision provided at no extra cost. For children staying for the full day we will be taking our lunch at Littleton Gardens (directly opposite the gallery) so please bring a hat, nut free lunch and drink bottle. Bookings for morning and afternoon workshops need to be made separately.
